Sea Snails and Pig Trotter

Ingredients:

5 oz dried sea snails (shells removed)

1 pig’s trotter (about 450 gr)

2 slices ginger



Seasoning:

salt



How To:
 
1. Soak sea snails in boiling water for 20 minutes. Wash and drain.

2. Chop up pig’s trotter. Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes, dish up.Rinse.

3. Boil suitable amount of water. Add trotter, ginger, and sea snails. Boil for
1 hour.

4. Parboil over low heat for another hour until trotter is tender. Stir in seasoning.

5. Serve hot.
