Chinese Stir-fried Prawns
Ingredients:
* 450 gm tiger prawn, about 9x
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp chopped garlic
* 2 red chillies, minced
* 1 tsp cornflour
* 15 gm tangerine peel, minced
Seasoning:
* ¼ tbsp water
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp vinegar
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* ½ tbsp light soya sauce
Thickening:
* 1 tsp cornflour solution
How To:
1. Remove legs, devein and pat prawn dry. Add in salt and cornflour to mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat up oil, deep fry prawn until golden brown. Remove and drain well for later use.
3. Heat up 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped garlic, chili peels until aromatic.
4. Return prawns and seasoning, stir well and pour in cornflour solution.
5. Stir well and serve.
