Chinese Stir-fry Cabbage

Another Approach to Stir-Fried Cabbage:
Ingredients:

1/2 lb. lean sausage meat, cooked, drained

4 c. shredded cabbage

1 grated carrot

How To:

1. Mix all 3 ingredients in saucepan.

2. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons corn starch and 1/4 cup soy sauce and pour over other vegetable mixture that is hot on a hot burner.

3. Cook stirring well from the bottom all the time to keep from sticking and stirring the seasoning into cabbage mixture all the time.

4. Cook on high 3 minutes stirring all the while. Set off. Cover and let sit 10 minutes.

5. Serves 2-4. I serve with corn muffins
